Trouble signing in or reaching your account?

Use this same form. Sign-in problems, a magic link that never arrives, an account you can no longer get into, or anything else blocking access are all welcome here — you do not need an account to reach us, which is the point.

It helps to tell us the email address you tried to sign in with and what you saw. Please don't send a password or a magic-link code; we will never ask for either. If you can sign in, the app's own help and support controls will usually get you a faster answer, because they can see your account.
